Dr. Albrecht, a certified public accountant (CPA), certified internal auditor (CIA), and certified fraud examiner (CFE), became a professor at Brigham Young University in 1977 after teaching at Stanford and at the University of Illinois. Until 2008, he was associate dean of the Marriott School of Business at BYU, a position he held for 10 years.
